October - November, 2008 – Yakubu Magaji Azare, M.A., from the Department of Nigerian Languages, Bayero University, Kano was attached to the Department and continued his research on „A Morpho-Semantic Study of Hausa Concrete Deverbal Forms”. On 20th October he presented the results of his work during the staff meeting.more »
April, 2009 (Erasmus visit) – Dr. Jean de Dieu Karangwa from INALCO in Paris presented lectures on “Language and Identity in Rwanda” and "The Swahili Language".more »
