Founding Member of the Polish Association of African Studies.

Functions and activities

since 1999 - member of the Research Commission of the Faculty of Modern Languages and Oriental Studies, Warsaw University; June 1998 - visiting and lecturing at the University of Hamburg (Germany).Participation in the conference "Versions-Subversions" Humbolt University, Berlin 2002.
